Q: Where can I workout with FitBridge trainers? 

A: We can come to your home or office or meet you at a park or trailhead in your neighborhood. Additionally, clients have had great success with Zoom and FaceTime appointments in the privacy of their own homes!

Q: Do I need equipment to workout with you?

A: No. We can bring all necessary equipment to you. If you are interested, we can help you set up and purchase your own equipment and even an in-home gym space. Other options include working out with Julie at Tiburon Peninsula Club or David at Body Kinetics in Mill Valley.  

Q: How do I find out more about fun hikes or recreation for my family or group?

A: Just email FitBridge@yahoo.com with your interest in where you want to go, how many in your group, age ranges, type of activities that you might want to try and we will send you an estimate of cost for planning and participating and a list of ideas.

Q: Do you take medical insurance? 

A: We are not physical therapists and do not take insurance. These services are private pay. We do, however, work closely with client’s doctors and physical therapists as we have decades of experience helping patients recover and rehab after injuries, surgeries and illnesses.

Q: Do you provide weight loss programs?

A: Absolutely! We don’t believe in fad diets or supplements. It’s simple: calories IN vs. calories burned. You have to burn more than you consume. We believe in lower, life-long strategies and behaviors that you practice consistently. We will design a program that works with your life style. We will support you with regular accountability and motivation throughout your weight loss program.
