Julie Coulston has been leading trail running groups since 1999 throughout Marin County and San Francisco. The environment is one of complete support, camaraderie, adventure, and fun.

We explore gorgeous trails and open spaces that for many are unchartered, so there’s often a sight-seeing component to the experience as well. All levels are welcome and encouraged and no one is left behind. Beginners should be able to jog a minimum of 30 minutes, or 3 miles.

The rewards of outdoor trail runs extend beyond the physical benefits of improved endurance, bone strength, and agility. The forests, beaches, mountain ridges, stairs, and paths of Marin unleash a great endorphin rush and stress release that an indoor workout just can’t compete with!

We meet M,W,F at 8 am and jog a total of 45-55 minutes and log 3.5-5.5 miles, depending on the terrain.
